HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.4359 of 2011 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to call for the records relating to M.W.Case No.3 of 2009 dated 04.11.2010 on the file of Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Kurnool, and to set aside the same as illegal.

2. When the matter was listed on 27.07.2016 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and to give one more opportunity, the matter was listed under the caption for dismissal.

3. Inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For dismissal", today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
