THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.37275 OF 2015 ORDER:- Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the cause in this writ petition does not survive as the respondent University has issued proceedings, dated 06.02.2016, awarding the pay scale of Heavy Vehicle Driver to the petitioner.

In view of the same, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
