THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL PETITION No.5575 of 2020 ORDER:

Learned Public Prosecutor placed on record a letter dated 05.11.2020 in respect of the case details of the subject matter and the same is made as part of the record.

From a perusal of the same, it is revealed that the investigation is completed in the subject crime, charge sheet is filed and the same is taken on file, vide C.C.No.4311 of 2019. In view of the same, the subject in the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner herein to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
