On 10.10.2017, when the case was called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, and as such, the matter was adjourned to next week under the caption "for dismissal". On 16.10.2017, when the case was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested to post the matter after one week under the same caption finally. Accordingly, the matter was adjourned for one week under the same caption.

Today also when the case is called, none appeared and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter is passed over. In the evening hours also, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
