THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1952 OF 2019 ORDER:

This revision is filed by the petitioner/Judgment debtor aggrieved by the order dated 08.07.2019 in E.P.No.47 of 2017 in O.S.No.418 of 2014 on the file of the VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the record.

The impugned order reveals that having taken into consideration the total salary of the petitioner and his deductions, etc., the Court below was pleased to pass order of attachment of the salary. The Court below neither exceeded its jurisdiction nor committed any illegality in passing the impugned order.

Under these circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.
