THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.3491 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner, who is A4, filed the present application under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.), seeking enlargement on bail in Crime No.158 of 2012 of Town IV Police Station, Nizamabad District, registered for an offence punishable under Section 395 of IPC. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned public prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.

A perusal of the material placed before the Court would show that the petitioner is involved in another crime for the same offence in which his application for grant of bail was denied.

Having regard to the said circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, as the charge sheet is filed and the case is numbered as S.C.No.65 of 2014 pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Nizamabad, the Sessions Judge is advised to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the order. Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR 29.04.2015 vhb
