HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 15163 of 2003 O R D E R:- 1.

When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that while the respondents were trying to disengage the services of the petitioners, the present writ petition is filed, and that this Court vide order dated 24.7.2003 was pleased to issue interim direction to the respondents as follows:

"If any conductors, who are juniors in the category, are engaged by the respondents, they shall engage the petitioners also on the same terms and conditions subject to availability of work." In view of the above interim direction, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
