CRLP NO: 5570 OF 2O2O Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to order for enlarging the Petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.17312020 dated 16/10/2020 registered by Karkhana police, Hyderabad city on the file of the Learned XI Addl Chief lYetropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 12.tt.2020 made in Crl.P. and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Gajanand Chakravarthi Advocate for the Petitioner and of Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following
ORDER
This petition is filed under Section 482 t/w,439 Cr,P.C., seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed in the order dated 12.11.2O2O passed in crl.P,No,557O of 2O2O, wherein this Court while releasing the petitioner on anticipatory bail imposed a condition that he should report before the Station House Officer, Karkhana Police Station every day between 1O,0O a,m. and 05,00 p.m, till filing of the charge sheet. The counsel for the petitioner mainly submits that the petitioner has complied with the said condition from the date of his release, and now, the charge sheet has already been filed, which fact is not disputed by the learned Public Prosecutor.
Having regard to the fact that the charge sheet has already been filed, the aforesaid condition imposed on the petitioner, is relaxed. Accordingly, the LA. is ordered.
