As there was no representation for the petitioners on 14.06.2018, 29.06.2018 and 02.07.2018, the matter was directed to be listed on 03.07.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today in spite of the matter being listed under the said caption, again there is no representation for the petitioners. It appears, the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter further. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
