This appeal is directed by the Insurance Company against the order and decree dated 21.09.2005 passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-V Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar in O.P.No.43 of 2002, whereby the tribunal granted compensation of Rs.1,40,000/- with proportionate costs and interest @ 7.5% per annum on account of the accident occurred on 14.08.2001, as against the claim of Rs,1,50,000/-. 2.
After examining PWs.1 and 2 and marking Exs.A1 to A.5 on behalf of the claimants and marking Ex.B.1 - Insurance policy on behalf of the insurance company and perusing the material available on record, the tribunal granted the above compensation. 3.
On perusal of the entire material available on record and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the order passed by the tribunal is well considered and needs no interference of this Court and hence, the appeal is liable to be dismissed. 4.
