Sri Srinivas Karra, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition setting out certain facts, which have been come to notice of the petitioner later. Permission is granted, and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as sought for. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
