THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASEKHAR REDDY W.P.NO.24155 OF 2016

O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) for the respondents. The petitioner presented certain documents before the 3rd respondent - Joint Sub Registrar for registration of subject lands. The 3rd respondent by orders dated 10.6.2016 passed under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908, refused to register the said documents. Petitioner preferred appeal in C.C.No.1801/1/2015 under Section 72 of the said Act before the 2nd respondent - District Registrar, Nalgonda. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent has called for report from the 4th respondent - Tahsildar and in spite of receipt of the said report, no order has been passed in the appeal.

Having regard to the above facts and circumstances and the submissions of the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the 2nd respondent - District Registrar, to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in C.C.No.1801/1/2015 in accordance with law, after affording the petitioner & an respondents, if any, an opportunity of hearing, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. -------------------------------------- A.RAJASEKHAR REDDY,J AVS
