Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the record.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have no interest in subject-land situated in Survey Nos. 109, 115 and 118 situated at NIzampet village. Earlier, a similar report was made against the petitioners and it resulted in acquittal of the petitioners. The petitioners are not in possession, nor claim any title or interest over the above land, and they are law-abiding persons.

Under these circumstances, the truth or otherwise is required to be established after due investigation. The investigating officer shall complete the investigation and file final report, without arresting the petitioners/ accused.
