THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI Crl.P.No.4764 of 2019

ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/A2 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1438 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Special Mobile PCR) at Karimnagar, registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 506 IPC, against him.

2.

Though the petitioner has raised several grounds to quash the aforesaid proceedings, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as the petitioner/A2 was absconding, separate charge sheet was fled against him and therefore, he requested this Court to direct the trial Court to release the petitioner/A2 on bail in the event of his surrender before it.

3.

In the light of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct the petitioner/A2 to surrender before the trial Court within ten days from today, and on such surrender, the trial Court shall release him on bail in accordance with law on the same day.

4.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 5.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
