OFFICE NOTE JSR,J 25.08.2025 Sri K. Venkatadri Raju, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2 submits that one more connected matter i.e., Crl.P.No.11891 of 2024 is pending between the same parties in respect of the very same offences.

He further submits that Crl.P.No.11891 of 2024 is came up for consideration before the other Court wherein at the instance of both the parties, the other learned Judge already directed the Registry to post the Crl.P.No.11891 of 2024 along with the present Crl.P. 5674 of 2023, after obtaining necessary orders from the Hon'ble the Chief Justice and requested this Court to hear the Criminal Petition along with Crl.P.No.5674 of 2023.

In view of the above said submissions, Registry is directed to verify and post this Crl.P.No.5674 of along with Crl.P.No.11891 of 2024, after obtaining necessary orders from the Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
