HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4154 OF 2015 ORDER:

Sri T.S. Anand, learned counsel for the respondent, would submit that E.P. itself was terminated, and, therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous.

No representation for the revision petitioner. Case status report would show that E.P. was terminated on 8.11.2016, whereas the present Civil Revision Petition was filed on 23.09.2015 challenging the order dated 25.8.2015 passed in R.C.A. No.1 of 2013 on the file of Appellate Authority under A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960-cum-Principal Senior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry.

In such an event, the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
