This criminal petition is filed by petitioners - accused Nos.2 to 5, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.77 of 2015 of V.Madugula Police Station, Visakhapatnam, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(1), 8(c) of NDPS Act.

A perusal of the record discloses that the seized ganja is about 160 kgs, which is more than the commercial quantity. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioners at this stage.
