Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioner is a permanent fair price shop dealer and his authorisation is valid as on today. While so, the second respondent suspended his authorisation on 04.08.2014, challenging which the petitioner filed W.P.No.24031 of 2014, and the same was disposed of by this Court on 25.08.2014 setting aside the orders of suspension of authorisation, but giving liberty to the second respondent to pass orders on the allegations levelled against the petitioner. Till today, no orders were passed by the second respondent. Though the shop was restored to the petitioner pursuant to the orders of this Court, the stock is not released. In the circumstances, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to release the stocks to the petitioner so long as his authorisation is in force. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. __________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 08.06.2015 vs
