This writ petition is filed by petitioner challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not considering his representation dated 22.3.2017. 2.
The case of the petitioner is as follows:
The petitioner and the 4th respondent are brothers. They along with their brother Y. Sattaiah acquired a residential house from their mother and they got it partitioned and they left some area for common passage, common stair case and bathrooms. While so, in the last week of February, 2017, the 4th respondent dismantled the common stair case and bathrooms and started making unauthorized constructions by encroaching upon the common area. Then, the petitioner made a representation dated 22.3.2017 to the 3rd respondent. But the 3rd respondent has not taken any action so far.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.
The main grievance of the petitioner is that he made a representation to the 3rd respondent on 22.3.2017 against the illegal constructions made by the 4th respondent. But no action has been taken so far.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: "Respondent No.3 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action against the illegal
constructions, if any made by the 4th respondent as alleged by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
