This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed by the petitioners/ judgment debtors, challenging the docket order, dated 08.07.2019, passed in E.P.No.16 of 2015 by the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, whereby, on a petition filed by the respondent/ decree holder under Order XXI Rule 48 of CPC, the Court below directed for issuance of a letter vacating the stay of attachment of salary of judgment debtor Nos.2 and 3, on payment of process. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this court that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in an interlocutory application in W.P.No.6899 of 2019, the appeal filed by the revision petitioners/ judgment debtors before the Government is restored. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that pending appeal, there was an order of stay.

It is left open to the revision petitioners/ judgment debtors to bring these facts to the notice of the Court of Execution and seek appropriate orders.

With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
