When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to the petitioner including to file appropriate petition before appropriate forum.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, permission as sought for is accorded and the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
