This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in C.C.No.594 of 2016 on the file of the learned XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal registered for the offences under Sections 324 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, against the accused No.6.

02. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As seen from the proceeding sheet, earlier for so many occasions there was no representation for the petitioner. Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

03. In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

04. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There is no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
