This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 3 to 6 in not issuing the application forms for admission into undergraduate (MBBS) courses.

It is submitted by both the learned Counsel that the relief sought in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. The

miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
