HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.14496 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard Mr.J.R.Manohar Rao, counsel for the petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 4.

The petitioner complains against the inaction of the 4th respondent in disposing of representations, dated 26.09.2017 and 02.10.2017, made for mutation of petitioner's name in the revenue records in respect of land for an extent of Ac.18.18 guntas in Survey Nos.174, 175 & 176, at Konapur Village, Kodimial Mandal, Karimnagar District.

The Assistant Government Pleader, referring to written instructions, states that the 4th respondent will communicate a decision or a reply on representations, dated 26.09.2017 and 02.10.2017, to the petitioner within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Statement is placed on record.

The Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
