HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.17024 OF 2019 ORDER :

Even though the technical sanction was granted by Hyderabad Metro Development Authority - 3rd respondent and thereafter the petitioners have now undertaking the formation of the layout area, marking of plots and open area and they have already mortgaged the relevant portions of the lay out as required, the respondents 1 and 2 have unnecessarily interfering and threatening to obstruct the activities undertaken by the petitioners.

2. Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions from the respondents 1 and 2, submits that the Municipality is not interfering with the development activities. But, subject to petitioners complying with the norms of the lay out as per the technical sanction given and obtaining final lay out as required within the parameters and within the time limit, the Municipality and the HMDA shall not interfere without following the due process.

3. In view of the same, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
