THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25747 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Ms.Niyatha, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development, and the learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.

Petitioner contends that he had applied on 31.01.2016 vide application No.3000053820 for regularisation of his plot in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.151, dated 02.11.2015, but respondent Nos.2 and 3 are not taking any action thereon. Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, states that the second respondent will consider the petitioner's application, referred to above, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application referred to above, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
