Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 5.

It is stated by the learned counsel on both sides that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.29.08.2016 in W.P. No.28525 of 2016.

Therefore for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd and 5th respondents to consider the application of the petitioners' for grant of building permission in the subject land within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the petitioners' satisfying requirement of Section 428 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and also subject to the petitioners giving an undertaking that the petitioners would not claim equities or costs of the building construction, in the event LGC No.29 of 2006 being decided against the petitioners, without reference to the letter dt.07.03.2018 of the Commissioner, GHMC, Hyderabad.

The petitioners shall however submit license copy of the Structural Engineer issued by GHMC attested by Gazetted Officer, license copy of the Builder/Developer issued by GHMC attested by Gazetted Officer, Structural Stability Certificate issued by Licensed Structural Engineer, Comprehensive Insurance Policy for 6 years and LRS Proceedings along with LRS approved lay out within three (3) weeks. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
