O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar in considering the application filed by the petitioner dated 14.4.2016 in form 6-A of the A.P. Rights in Land Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and the Rules made thereunder, for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in the respect of the subject land, the present writ petition has been filed. Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and the submissions of the learned counsel, without going into merits, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 14.4.2016 filed in Form 6-A of the Act, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
