This Criminal petition, under Sectio n 482 of the Code of Criminal procedure. 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A7, to quash the proceedings against him in crime No.60 0f 2018 on the fire of cCS Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420, 465, 468 and 477 of IpC and Sections 7 and 13(1Xd) r/w I3(2) of prevention oF Corruption Act. 2.

None appears for the petitioner.

3. As seen from the record, earlier also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The stage of investigation is not known. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to keep the criminal petition pending.
