wp_28437_2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is field feeling aggrieved by dismissal of O.A.No. 2384 of 2017, filed by the petitioner, by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal').

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services (A.P.) has placed before the Court G.O.Rt.No. 575 dated 07-09-2017, whereby the petitioner has been placed as in-charge of the post of Director of Boilers, Vijayawada, duly relieving the present in-charge Director subject to filling up of the post of Director through DPC or until further orders whichever is earlier. Sri C.Srinivasa Baba, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that with the issue of the abovementioned G.O., no further adjudication of the Writ Petition is necessary.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 4.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 35361 of 2017 shall stand closed as infructuous.
