ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.

2. The issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by an order of this Court in WP.No.4310 of 2015 dated 25.02.2015 wherein the writ

petition was disposed of granting time to the petitioner to fulfill the safety requirements before 31.03.2015. On 03.03.2015, when this writ petition came up, an interim direction to the same effect was already passed. In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of with similar direction as granted in WP.No.4310 of 2015. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
