This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by the Petitioners 1 to 6-accused persons to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.271 of 2014 of the Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 420,409,347,386 and 506 read with 34 of I.P.C. on the report of 2nd respondent-defacto-complainant, praying to quash the proceedings in the above crime.
2. A petition Crl.P.M.P.No.24191 of 2015 is filed seeking to permit the G.P.A. holder by name Sri Ramesh Shah to represent on behalf of the accused 1 to 6 and the same is allowed. The petitioners filed a petition Crl.P.M.P.No.6357 of 2015 seeking to permit them to compound the offences in this crime and also another petition Crl.P.M.P.No.6358 of 2015 for quashing the proceedings in the above crime in view of their compromise. The parties stated that they wanted to purchase peace and they have settled their disputes outside the Court.
3. Accordingly permission is accorded to compound the offences in view of their compromise by invoking Section 482 of Cr.P.C.
4. The Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings in Cr.No.271 of 2014 of Central Crime Police Station, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.
5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
