THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.6514 OF 2021 O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners/accused No.1 to 3 to quash FIR No.707 of 2017 on the file of Station House Officer, Bachupally Police Station (Dundigal), Cyderabad. The offences alleged against them are under Sections 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC").

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/accused No.1 to 3 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.

The case is of the year 2017 and right to speedy trial of the case includes speedy investigation. Accordingly, the police are directed to conduct trial as expeditiously as possible and file final report within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of this Order. Needless to say, the police shall not pressurize or involve in the disputes amongst

the parties including under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, which is pending.

With the above said direction, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
