HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9359 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners-A3 to A7 seeking to relax the conditions imposed by the learned Special Judge for trial of Cases under SCs & STs (PoA) Act cum X Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District, while granting bail to the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1164 of 2015. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Public Prosecutor informed that the bail granted to the petitioners was cancelled by the trial Court and hence, the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
