Heard the counsel for petitioners. None appears for respondent. 2.

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Medchal, Ranga Reddy District in disposing of Interlocutory Application No.830 of 2019 in Original Suit No.128 of 2019 on her file.

It is the contention of counsel for petitioners that though the said I.A. had been filed on 18.06.2019 along with the suit there is urgency since there is a threat of eviction, and the Court below be directed to pass orders in the matters since arguments have already been heard on 19.08.2019.

In the light of the urgency pleaded by counsel for petitioners, the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Medchal, Ranga Reddy District is directed to pronounce orders in Interlocutory Application No.830 of 2019 in Original Suit No.128 of 2019 on her file on or before 08.09.2019.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Medchal, Ranga Reddy District to pronounce orders in Interlocutory Application No.830 of 2019 in Original Suit No.128 of 2019 on her file on or before 08.09.2019. No order as to costs.
