In view of the letter, dated 18-02-2016, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition in case of necessity. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
