THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.9124 of 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1836 of 2003 on the file of the Court of the IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Metropolitan Criminal Courts, Nampally, Hyderabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C. before the trial Court. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. The trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the petition, if any, filed by the petitioners under Section 205 Cr.P.C. in accordance with law.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
