Smt.Sravanthi, learned Counsel representing Sri C.M.R.Velu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have given up vakalath, handed over the file to the writ petitioner and made an endorsement on the bundle itself to that affect. Despite listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation by the writ petitioner either personally or through the counsel.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
