Bhatt, learned counsel for petitioner does not press this application as well as the appeal and seeks liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy including filing of civil suit, for appropriate relief. Miscellaneous Petition and Writ Appeal are disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievance. We hope and trust that if the petitioner takes any remedy, the concerned Court/forum shall decide the same on merits in accordance with law.
