This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/respondent Nos.1 to 6 in D.V.C.No.176 of 2010 on the file of the court of I Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing of D.V.C. has become infructuous. The submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners is recorded.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
