THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.4917 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 to A4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.140 of 2016 on the file of the Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Medak, wherein cognizance was taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323 and 504 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that charges are not yet framed. Under these circumstances, the petitioners-A1 to A4 are granted liberty to file an application for discharge. In such event, the Court below may dispose of the same in accordance with law.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
