HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA M.A.C.M.A. No.1630 OF 2005 JUDGMENT:
In the forenoon session, Sri Madhava Rao, learned counsel representing Sri M. Sudhir, learned counsel for the appellants, states that the earlier appeal filed by the claimant was disposed of and sought time to file copy of the said order. During afternoon session, Sri K. Suresh Reddy, learned counsel for the sole-respondent (claimant) in the instant appeal, submits that the appeal preferred by the claimant-respondent herein seeking enhancement of compensation, i.e., M.A.C.M.A. No.635 of 2009, was disposed of by this Court on 21.01.2015 enhancing compensation from Rs.38,900/- to Rs.53,900/- with interest at 7.5% per annum from the date of petition till realization and he has also placed a copy of the judgment on record.
2. In that view of the matter, the instant appeal lacks merit and, consequently, stands dismissed. There shall be no order as costs.
3. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this appeal, shall stand disposed of. ___________________________ A. SHANKAR NARAYANA, J
