THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 21403 OF 2016 O R D E R :

The limited grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that pursuant to the Common order dated 19.05.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.16486, 16488 and 16490 of 2016, though the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 24.05.2016 to the 5th respondent, without passing any orders on the said representation, the respondent authorities are trying to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Though in the last occasion learned Government Pleader for Irrigation represents that orders have already been passed on the representation submitted by the petitioner, but today on verification he submits that no orders have been passed.

In view of the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 24.05.2016. Till then, the respondents shall not take any coercive steps including dispossession of the petitioner from the subject land.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
