Leamed Public Prosecutor placed on record a letter dated 05.11.2020 in respect of the case details of the subject matter and the same is made as part of the record.
From a perusal of the same, it is revealed that the investigation is completed in the subject crime, charge sheet is filed and calendar case number is awaited. In view of the same, the subject in the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner herein to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
