THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10498 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioners/A.1, A.3 and A.5 seeking anticipatory bail in crime No.303 of 2015 of Siddipet I Town Police Station, Medak District, registered for the offence under Sections 307, 448, 427 read with Section 34 IPC.

Heard and perused.

The allegations against the petitioners herein is that the petitioners have entered into the house of the de facto complainant and assaulted his mother and grandmother and threatened them to do away their lives.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have not committed any offence and that they are falsely implicated in the case. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein.

Considering the fact that the allegations are very serious in nature, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail and as such, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein at this stage.
