Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition and he also filed a letter dt.10-10-2018 to the Registrar (Judicial) to that effect.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
