This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.06.04.2013 in I.A.No.27 of 2012 in A.S.No.5 of 2008 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Kadiri whereby an application filed under Order XIV Rule 5(2) of CPC was dismissed and later the appeal was disposed of by the appellate Court i.e. Senior Civil Judge at Kadiri on 06.11.2015. Therefore, nothing remained for adjudication in this revision. Hence, the petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
