In this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A.5 and A.6 seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.54 of 2017 of Karimnagar III Town P.S, wherein the petitioners along with other accused allegedly committed offences under Sec.395 and 427 IPC. 2) Heard both sides.

3) Having regard to the gravity of the offence and pending investigation as reported by the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4) This petition is accordingly dismissed.
