THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.ABHISHEK REDDY WRIT PETITION No.335 of 2009 ORDER:

Sri Jalli Kanakaiah, the learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter, dated 23.10.2019, to the Registry seeking withdrawal of the Writ Petition on the ground that he got instructions from his client to that effect. As such, the matter is listed today under the caption 'for withdrawal'. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri R.Naveen Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri Jalli Kanakaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner, has sought withdrawal of the writ petition. He also made an endorsement on the writ petition to that effect.

In view of the letter dated 23.10.2019, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue her remedy before appropriate Forum. The Interim order granted by this Court earlier stands vacated. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
