HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.29981 OF 2012 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in considering only those candidates sponsored through employment exchanges for appointment to the post of medical lab technician as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's candidature for being appointed as medical lab technician in the ensuing selection process to be held on 28.09.2012 or on any another day, on par with the candidates sponsored through the employment exchange and appoint the petitioner basing on petitioner's merit in the selection test.

This Court while admitting the writ petition granted interim direction on 25.09.2012, which reads as follows; "......There shall accordingly be a direction to the Singareni Collieries Company to receive the application of the petitioner herein and subject him to the selection process along with others on 28.09.2012 and also publish a notification in the newspapers calling for applications from all eligible candidates for filling up the posts of medical lab technician, receive applications from eligible candidates and also subject them separately to the selection process."

In pursuance of the aforesaid interim direction, no counter affidavit is filed.

Since, the relief sought in the writ petition is worked out by virtue of interim order dated 25.09.2012, no further orders are required and the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 25.09.2012, passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.38253 of 2012. If petitioner has any grievance in respect of selection, it is open for him to take appropriate remedy. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 29.12.2016 tk
